Heres Juggernaut

They already fought. Juggernaut walked through his attack although with some difficulty.

Ya but doesn't Chamber keep growing in power like every few seconds that pass.

He used more power than he ever has and pushed himself too far.

Sorta like Rogue did against Ares One Big Mob.
However if Valkyrie can beat Ares from the sky then maybe Chamber can call down fire from the Atmosphere and beat Juggernaut.

Chamber can fly? And he used every bit of power against Juggernaut "entire body" and Jugs walked through it until Chamber was depleted. What difference does it make with him being in the sky? I dont get it. Help me understand.

You see this how Namor uses his submersion to strike with the power of the rising water.
Chamber can likely call down fire the same way.

How is he going to damage Juggernaut heart when he used every bit of power he had and was unable to even scratch him?

As far as this goes remember the vortex flame God called down in the Ten Commandments.
If Chamber called down skyfall on Juggernaut and blasted from his body as well the same way Magneto can access both himself and the world Juggernaut might lose.

Another thing. Since it is Psifire I think a great deal of his power comes from the Astral plane.
