A microscopic edge to Ray.

Pym has shown his intellect can deal with a wider range of things like scientifically countering magic.

Palmer however has a few feats on a much larger scope. Like in 52 one version of him created a multiversal level destructive device and palmer prime countered.

Leaning toward Palmer due to outliers.

Yeah, the edge is tiny, but its there.
