Probably Kingpin, since you took away anything Vulture might actually bring to this fight.

Well, he still can fly. And remember, he beat Matt pretty bad w/o projectiles.

Flying -is- a ranged attack, so, i thought you clipped his wings.

Much better fight this way.

Flying is flying. He still needs to come down to the ground and engage in melee, much like Namor or Classic Rogue.
