The character's name is Jocasta actually.

As for who would win, Jocasta is your typical character with robot-like powers, Domino's weapons would be useless against her obviously, though Domino is skilled and fast enough to dodge Jocasta, and her probability powers would help her out on that as well.

Probably Domino's probability powers would likely short-circuit Jocasta's android body thus shutting it down, basically like every time someone tries to pull a gun on Domino and those guns malfuction, a rather similar strategem.

Actually marvel has stated that Illusion is the most powerful superpower.
If Domino's luck power created an Illusion to defeat Jacasta I'd say she could win.

Uhhmm....what? Illusion is just a fancy trick that fools humans senses, it factually can't be the most powerful superpower, when you have reality warpers, matter manipulators, energy manipulators and vast loads of other hax powers.

Also i don't think illusions will work on Jocasta, she is a machine, not human, illusion like tricks won't fool her advanced sensors.

But Domino can probably short-circuit her with her probability powers.

Illusions tend to cover the object irregardless of if it is alive or not.

Fair enough, illusions do work like that. But we are going a bit off-topic with this illusion discussing, since neither Jocasta nor Domino can create illusions...

You'd have to read the comic with the Master teaching Domino how to kick start her power to see the illusion.
