Trick arrow probably for the win. Take trick arrows out of the equation and DD stomps.

Is it Ollie from the image?? If so based on costume AND copyright thats Mike Grell era Ollie.

Grell era Ollie never caried trick arrows. He did however kill and was a decent enough fighter to take a fight to Slade Wilson. He lost said fight but not easily.

Vs Grell era Ollie Matt wins but has one hell of a fight for it. Grell era was pretty hard arse but only on the bad guys. He chained a parroled child rapist into his torture van and stood by on a dock watching him drown when the pier to van was on colapsed.
