I guess Eclipse is the obvious nr. 1, but what would you claim is the 2nd best after Eclipse? Not counting superweapons, space stations and such shit obviously.

Imo it would be:
1. Eclipse
2. Viscount
3. Executor

Legacy era should logically have the best tech of all time, but they decided to never go above regular destroyer size lol.
