One Big Mob
Give Valk the entire Abeloth clan, GM Luke, Knightfall Anakin, DE Sids, and Boba Fett and he still loses.

The Ellimist

I doubt that.

Do you have reason?

Assuming Galactus is sated, he can solo the entire goddamn SW mythos combined, with ease. Being 'supreme' in the SW franchise means absolute dick next to a comic book powerhouse like Galactus.

The Bedlam could defeat Galactus IMO, being omnipotent and trans-dimensional within the context of the SW universe.

Galan007
The only way they're contending with a sated Galactus(who is also trans-dimensional and has been called 'omnipotent' on more than one occasion) is if you apply one heck of a no-limits fallacy to them... Because they are almost entirely featless.

The feats/accolades Galactus has cannot even be approached by anyone in the SW mythos.

victreebelvictr
Palpatine can use his Force Storm along with everyone using their attacks.

That would be the end of Galactus.

Being "omnipotent" could indicate they have at least the total Force energy of the entire SW universe, plus any other energy sources from other dimensions (like from Waru's dimension).

Of course, like you said, it depends how you interpret "omnipotent." I'm inclined to interpret it more literally for SW, in which only the Bedlam are attributed such an accolade, compared to Marvel where everyone's called omnipotent.

One Big Mob
Because he's done or defeated beings that surpass what the Mortis Ones have ever had attributed to them or their hype.

That would be the end of Galactus. The ignorance here is staggering, tbh.

Stop now.

I'm inclined to interpret it more literally for SW, in which only the Bedlam are attributed such an accolade, compared to Marvel where everyone's called omnipotent. As mentioned, you are assuming a great deal about the Bedlams based on their single on-panel showing and a bio entry.

Galactus actually has an abundance of ridiculously high-end feats/accolades to back up his status. That's the difference.

Jaggarath
This seems to go down to how we interpret Star Wars, but I don't consider it an "assumption." If it's stated in the TCSWE, we can conclude it's absolute canonical truth within Star Wars continuity, regardless of lacking feats to substantiate it.

victreebelvictr
Not to mention being defeated by Squirrel Girl! laughing out loud

Galan007
Within the confines of the SWU, I agree that the Bedlams are 'omnipotent'.

However, we are talking about characters from completely different mediums here. Both have been called "trans-dimensional" and "omnipotent". Only one has an abundance of high-end cosmic-scale feats(and many, many accolades) to back up his station.

Though it's worth noting that Galactus doesn't adhere to a linear timeline.

Valkorion dies, Sidious just throws him in a wormhole.

Father, Son, Daughter, Bedlam Spirits all shit down his neck.

Good thread, though.

Galactus would destroy a black hole just from entering it

Not much a ****ing wormhole is going to do, especially when he can create them, teleport across dimensions, and all sorts of other things.

Sidious had he really absorbed the universe into his consciousness would crush the Silver Surfer.

nonsense

Trocity
Sidious' wormholes can destroy space itself, Galactus consumes planets. Planetary among Star Wars top tiers is par for the course.

The big purple guy gets bent over here.

One Big Mob
How unlike a black hole. Sidious would be lucky to destroy a planet in legends though

nonsense Galactus basically ignored Xavier throwing the entire feelings of the Skrull race at him. And even his resting defenses almost killed Xavier and Magneto.

NemeBro
He also stalemated Odin in a direct telepathic battle before going on to fight and eventually overpower him.

How formidable would you consider Odin's telepathic strength Bran?

Tzeentch
Put me in the screencap

Trocity
Galactus beats most of Star Wars, just not the best from Star Wars.

No shame in that.

One Big Mob
He helped cure Thor of his insanity when Thor previously completely and easily overpowered Dr Strange, Mind Gem Moondragon (put Xavier in a coma), Silver Surfer, Thanos and Adam Warlock, inside Thor's mind.

Galactus also made Odin resort to the headbutt when Galactus was beating him in tp.

Also Galactus almost ended the multiverse in a fight against The Other and Scrier. The Other is a massively powerful psionic entity who previously KO'ed a hungry Galactus/Surfer, and just a piece of him pretty much killed Surfer.

So, no one in Star Wars is touching his mind.

NemeBro
But how will Galactus deal with Sidious opening up a wormhole Bran? Surely he has never dealt with that before?

victreebelvictr

One Big Mob
Ignoring the blackholes.

But he'd just tear a wormhole in half like this I imagine. Comic logic says the wormhole would stop existing after being gaped like that.
