to be fair he said "he'd wager" meaning its pure speculation/conjecture on his part. Best you could say is a "well" educated guess but not a confirmed fact.

Given the caliber of "gods" Constantine has fought/allied with/studied over the years, I'd put a LOT of stock in his 'conjecture', tbh.

Hence why I referred to it as a well educated guess. I don't doubt he knows what hes talking about. I just mean he didn't actually gauge her power accurately so we can't take it as confirmation of that exact level.

lets put it this way. I'm a cricket fan. watching a match knowing how fast a top line pace bowler can bowl I can make an educated guess how fast a delivery was, while someone with a radar gun can give a completely accurate figure.

Constantine wouldn't just say something like that unless he was confident that she was actually that powerful.

...Nor would the writer have him say that in the first place if it weren't intended to be the case.

Either way, Diana is above pretty much most gods. Manitoue Dawn (With a portion of Hecate's power) was able to drive off Rama Kushna. In the Deadman one shot, Kushna was described as one of the most powerful forces in the universe. If she were to die, it would have collapsed the universe. She created her own universe, too.
