He has unlimited amount of time in a room with the following people, one by one, to use his pheromones until they give in:

1). Thor
2). Spiderman
3). Hulk
4). Tony Stark
5). Punisher
6). Cyclops
7). Hercules
8). Colossus

They have no knowledge of his abilities, and know only that he wants to talk.

Who breaks first?

While Herc in Greek mythology has had relations with I think 3 men I don't know how easy the pheremones would work on him.

Either Spider-Man or Thor.

Thor spends the majority of his time on his knees nowadays and Spider-Man because I think compared to the others he would be more susceptible.
