He looks like shit.

And Cy-Gor was a lame idea to begin with.

Gotham wins 9/10

Gotham.

He one-shot the entire Justice League and then Superman in a few punches.

That's a bit above Damage, who while superior to those same people , doesn't go around treating them like fodder.

Interestingly they both have stipulations on their powers. Damage has a time limit, and Gotham's powers shorten his life span the more he uses them.
