One of the metas hires Slade Wilson to take Cicada out. He had Mirakuru powers.

Who wins?

To my understanding, the Mirakuru essentially made Slade a metahuman before there were metahumans in the CWverse from the particle accelerator explosion and such. Cicada's dagger probably could dampen the power of the Mirakuru, but even without it, Slade's skill and training is beyond Cicada I think.
