there is also the obvious question of tp.... you think henshaw could counter it somehow? that is a VERY high level of tp cable was throwing around....

Henshaw has some TP resistance, but not for standing there and letting Cable have his way. Probably just long enough to pull some shenanigans, or overpower Cable. Not every time, but just enough.
