Spider-man teh stomps.
Using Parker Particles he create an army of Alpha-level soldiers. With a bunch of spare parts constructs and Ultimate Nullifier and maybe borrows a cosmic power siphoner from SpOck just in case.

Then again, maybe Batman has an anti-all-that repellant spray.

Spider-Man can't be focused long enough to make himself a proper sandwich and you're are giving him 6 years to waste away?

Parker probably forgets to feed and dies due to an infection for not washing his clothes often enough. Batman wins through his extensive knowlegde of feng shui + general tiddyness and the french cusine skills he has honed to perfection.
