Sure, but that wasn't Fate.

There are also Fate's that did NOT contain a Lord of Order. It was all power and skill from the wearer.

Such as Inza, who as a total novice, humbled a Lord of Order on her first day.

Fate sucks him in his hat, to keep Phantom Stranger company.

Not saying either wins, but throwing titles around like candy shouldn't go very far in convincing anyone. Lord of Order? Fate has been defeated by arguably less than Dr. Strange. Sorceror Supreme has also taken his share of defeats. I was just making mention of what a prepped Strange can do.

When has Nabu been defeated? He just owned Phantom Stranger.

no conclusive evidence brimstone is below dr strange though, brand new characters with only 3 or 4 showings

can't really come to conclusion if he's above or below dr strange before the character can be fully established
