He doesn't actually lose, though. Damage is pretty much unstoppable without the time limit. He has Metal blood.

Thing is, the time limit is off. Damage has nothing but beastly showings and nobody has come close to KOing him. Parasite even started that he had too much power for him to absorb and he was draining a universal energy with no problem.
