The Cell in general is a hell of a movie, imo. Very underrated.

Because my impression is that it doesn't necessarily have the prestige of Stephen King adaptations such as The Shining or Shawshank. But it's damn close in my mind.

King Movies are greatly Hit or Miss...mostly Miss..

Yeah, I actually agree with Fly, that King is sort of hit or miss. The Shining film is great because of Kubrick, but I actually don't think it's brilliant writing necessarily. Although I did like the book.

Also depends on who they get to direct and write the script for the adaptations too.
