Manhattan > Mxy, which makes him about as powerful as it can possibly get. Mxy wouldn't have said that Manhattan was beyond himself if it weren't intended to be true, imo. That said, I would love to see an encounter between them, if only to watch Manhattan try to rationalize Mxy's powers.

But now it seems that Perpatua and AM are above Mxy, since they can access the 6th dimension.

Perhaps, though being able to freely access the 6th dimension doesn't necessarily make them > Mxy. /shrug

At least above John Stewart level.
