Sorry took me while. It's kind of hard to say at this point, with only one point of reference. She Hulk can now access far more of the Gamma Force than she could previously, but Cho up til the end of his more powered up stages seemed to be weaker at times. I wouldn't say that she is absolutely more powerful, but I would say that she could compete, whereas in the past she'd get flattened. She Hulk was a Class 75 for the majority of her appearances, and only broke through when she discovered that working out in her human form gave her exponential strength increases in her Hulk form, which the writers seemed to have abandoned. These days she's definitely high Class 100. Can't say much more at this point in time, but I would say that she's stronger than Barda ATM.

Or at the very least, Marvel are pointing her that way. Still need to see feats from her before we can say definitively, though.
