Spider-Man villains have the raw power advantage. They'd win in your scenario.

Batman villains operate on a cerebral level, as Flash noted.

^you're right Stilt, maybe if batman team can come up with a ambush stradegy, with Ivy, Mr Freeze or scarecrow takin advantage of the environment

I think you might want to exclude Catwoman, considering Batman and Catwoman almost got married.

At the end of the day Spidey's villains are simply more powerful, but this is still a good fight as they are the two most prolific rogue galleries of all time, w/ X-men's as a distant 2nd/3rd.

The other interesting point is that many of Batman's villains are more powerful than Batman, whereas many of Spider-Man's are less powerful than Spidey. I mean Batman would but a sever hurting on Vulture

Spiderman's villains are all loser virgins.

Spider villains win. Hydroman would kill most of Team Batman via desiccation. He's like a ghetto Mera (or was before he was depowered).

And Sandman is basically Clayface on steroids.

That and having Hydroman and Electro is overkill already.

Carnage would kill them all, or infect them. They'd become meat puppets. I'd also love to see Grundy fight Morlun.

IMO,spidy villains should take this,even batman villains have some powerful memebers(ivy,for instance),but mostly them didn't have advantage in physical fight(also ivy,for instance,him beem knock out by batgirl IIRC)
