Current Lex has been augmented by Perpetua in some way. Until 'Year of the Villain' starts getting more fleshed out, it is entirely known where he's sitting right now.

Let's use non-augmented Luthor. Can standard Luthor break even with Maker?

I'd probably lean towards Maker in that case, yeah.

Maker would hack into the armor quickly and dispose of Luthor

In a battle of prep, Lex wouldn't be using the suit. Can't wait to see what he has evolved to now. Current Lex isn't using any battle suit.

There is no mention of prep at any point in the opening post awesr

Makers a weird character. They built him up so well in the ultimates and than he just became a mustache twirling villian.

Lex (as Apex predator) is probably a cut above Maker, seeing as he can control the cosmic forces in the universe. He just enhanced Shadow-Thief's suit.
