That's the one with the Yuuzhan Vong war, right?
I'm digging into it now, and so far, I have mixed feelings. The stories themselves are fine. The characterizations, the writing, the fan pandering is all providing that original trilogy + fan fiction of Han marrying Leia fix.
But the Vong, man. They're a horror show. Like, a literal race of Jason Vorhee's and Freddy Kruger's. I actually started getting nightmares early on of bioengineered creatures, and had to take a break.
It's seems good, though. Is this considered the best of legacy stories?
