Stardust was essentially suppose to be completely invulnerable , but Bill koed her. With that said, Hulk wins. Also, WWH has shown he can absorb cosmic energy as well

For some reason Heralds of Galactus, aka mini cosmic cubes, conveniently forget 99% of their abilities and just shoot energy beams or brawl. In a comic fight, WWH stomps. In a forum fight, Stardust dusts him.

Then becomes Super Stardust HD for the win.

Hulk is still susceptible to a gamma drain, I suppose. He gets the majority anyway.
