Broly, absolutely.

Broly had no real proper training at all, yet in the span of about an hour he went from below the level of base Vegeta, to many times more powerful than SSB Goku/SSB Vegeta/Golden Freeza, just by learning on the fly. Moreover, after Gogeta entered the fray, Broly began adapting to him as well and was able to soak every attack he dished out(until that final 'full force' Kamehameha, obv)... And barring Angels and the like, Gogeta is the most powerful being in DB history to date.

Suffice to say, no character has ever displayed growth that remotely approaches the scale/magnitude of Broly's. Even Freeza's growth in RoF utterly pales in comparison.

Broly spent his entire life training with paragus. Yes, he wasn't much of a sparring partner, but he still forced broly to train nonstop by dodging the wrestles and such

I'm talking *proper* training.

Paragus was an absolute shit trainer/sensei. He pushed Broly to survive on Vampa, sure, but in the end all he wanted to do was control Broly's power... Paragus never wanted Broly to become too powerful(hence the shock collar.) However, we saw what happened in the film when Broly actually faced a legitimate challenge: his power grew by many, many orders of magnitude in the span of roughly an hour, and it only continued increasing astronomically from there.


I've posted this before, but...

-Base Broly starts off considerably weaker than base Vegeta.
-Base Broly becomes stronger than base Vegeta.
-Vegeta goes SSJ and is more powerful than base Broly.
-Base Broly becomes more powerful than SSJ Vegeta.
-Vegeta goes SSG and is more powerful than base Broly.
-Broly goes Ikari and is more powerful than SSG Vegeta.
-SSG Goku enters the fray and is swiftly overpowered by Ikari Broly.
-Goku goes SSB and is more powerful than Ikari Broly.
-Ikari Broly soon becomes ~/> SSB Goku.
-Freeza kills Paragus which forces Broly to become SSJ.
-SSJ Broly is able to effortlessly wipe his ass with SSB Goku+SSB Vegeta as though they are weak feebs.
-Goku/Vegeta flee the battlefield, and they believe that fusion is the ONLY way to defeat Broly at this point.
-SSJ Broly starts beating the absolute shit out of Golden Freeza(who was implied to be more powerful than SSB Goku/Vegeta.)
*Gogeta enters the fray*
-SSJ Gogeta and SSJ Broly engage in a battle that appears to be shattering dimensional barriers.
-Broly becomes FPSSJ, and his power increase was significant enough that Gogeta felt the need to powerup all the way from SSJ to SSB in response.
-SSB Gogeta has far greater skill than FPSSJ Broly, but none of the attacks he lands really do more than knock Broly down. In fact, the implication is that Broly's power just kept perpetually growing in lieu of the 'damage' he was taking.
-The only attack that would have put Broly down was SSB Gogeta's 'full force' Kamehameha.


*And all of the above occurred over the course of just a few hours. NO character in DB history has shown anywhere remotely near that level of power growth in such a short amount of time... So just imagine if Broly were given some *proper* instruction.

B-but Uub is supposed to have the best potential because muh shoehorned god ki!

Broly, factually. Cell, theoretically.

Broly and Freeza.

Freeza never trained a day in his life to achieve his 4th form, then what 2-3 months and his power level went up like 5000-10000%?

He trained for a week and got his Gold Form.

It is an unbelievably massive powerup, but still absolutely nothing compared to Broly's.
