Super Skrull wins, with ease.

OMAC beat down the JLI. He should take it.

Super Skrulls wins via spikes in the brain.

OMAC is an AI construct, whom is connected to Brother Eye.

By power set I'd give Super Skrull the most advatages. Invisibility, force fields, the heat of a star, and the mind of a soldier. Not sure how well Omac would take an expanding force field inside of his body?
