Reed Richards is feeling a little douchey so he starts talking about advanced physics (quantum field theories, non linear optics, time travel... etc) in the most pretentious way possible in an attempt to stymie whomever he's talking to. Which comic characters would be able to keep up with the conversation? Would characters such as Batman, Luthor, Beast, Doc Ock be able to understand what Reed's talking about or would they be completely lost?

The ones you mentioned would all be able to keep up to some extent. But I think he is smarter than all of them.


So I don't think any of them would be completely lost, just not necessarily as knowledgeable as he is.

Lex might be able to keep up. Not overly familiar with all of his feats
