Shield does mostly blunt damage.

And it's only vibranium. Its primary purpose is to protect its user.

Captain Nazi regularly fought Captain Marvel; a Superman level character. PIS doesn't suddenly mean that someone like US Agents is on his level.

Nazi would tear him in half like a phonebook.

I don't know Captain Nazi but Strength and Invulnerablity aren't everything.

I've only seen a few of his appearances. Why is he so much weaker? He's fought evenly with Billy, Freddy and Adam. He lost to Wonder Woman but she used some vaguely defined "experimental" explosive to blind him first.

Even if he's a good deal below, are you arguing he's that far below for U.S.Agent to have a chance?
