Impossible to say at the moment, until we see Moro fight at his restored power level.

Until Goku gets his rematch against Beerus, Beerus will always get scaled above his previous opponents. No exceptions. And statements suggesting anything contrary will never matter.

People still call him Bills?

The fact that it took SSB Gogeta to beat Broly, and afterward Goku still only stated that Broly was "probably" stronger than Beerus, tells you that Beerus is still being scaled up massively.

There's a reason Goku STILL uses him as a measuring stick, after all...

Moro also couldn't absorb Buu's energy. Who knows if he can absorb Destruction energy, or if even trying to contain his power kills him.
