Sabretooth, without much trouble.

Starting distance and Lester's recent amps mean Creed will get hurt. A lot.

Got further enhanced when he got resurrected:

And, most recently, he fought Jane Valkyrie and Heimdall, too. But that one might've been a temporary upgrade.

What gives him the advantage is the 0.5 km distance between him and his target... BE can use toothpicks as sniper projectiles, so it's not inconceivable he could get a KO win here, depending on his equipment, of course.

Bullseye would have to use his fingers. Sabertooth would get in close and strip him of his delicacies like projectiles and plugs for his own wounds.
I think Bullseye has to defeat him with his attitude though.
