P52 Jay

Thor speedblitzes him because he ran across a park at superspeed once, in 1983.

I really don't see Jay winning this tbh. Thor has more than enough durability to soak up Jay's attacks, had flight, and can summon a blizzard to slow and momentarily incapacitated Jay for a pretty solid win.

Jay has the speed steal, his only real offense

Jay has only used speed steal a few times.
He thinks of it as "cheating" and even said so when he used it on Superman.

I really see no reason why Thor cant replicate what BA did to keep Jay busy by using winds instead of a thunder clap. Though admittedly Thor in character isnt likely to put innocents at risk that way.

An argument can be made either way.

Thor isn't fast enough to do that before Jay blitzes the **** out of him.

All the years I've spent here, you guys argue Flashes can do anything, speedsteal is just one trick from their whole bags of such.

Jay may suck, but he one-shotted Shade, who is more than capable of slaughtering whole legions of thors...

Yea but it's not his go to. He's a Scrappy grandpa type. He wants to go physical and his heart can't take it. I'm a huge JSA fan but a typical Jay is outclassed by Thor
