The box: 5x5x5 meters indestructible cube.

Both Thanos and his opponents are blind throughout the entire confrontation.

Thanos doesn't know who he is facing and the opponents don't know who they're facing.

At each stage of the gauntlet, Thanos is rejuvenated, and a batch of opponents is teleported inside the box with no way of leaving, until one side is dead.

Where does he stop? Does he stop?

If Thanos can use his mental abilities and start omni blasting he clears.

Stop at 5 most likely.

That's a stacked ass line-up. He can potentially clear, or stops at 7. I want to say that he clears, because of the amount of damage he can take. I mean he's been damaged so badly that his brain was being baked while resisting the effects of the regulator. Thanos killed a bunch of alternate reality Hyperions, which in and of itself makes him a bad mudapucka.

Everybody can use anything at their disposal -- the only caveat is that they're all blind .
