Thanos vs Black Hand (Blackest Night)

Who wins?

What an interesting match up. Thanos can't put him down. And in terms of raw power, Black Hand can't hurt Thanos.

But....................since Thanos had died and come back so many times, couldn't Black Hand spit out a Black Ring and make Thanos a BL? Then again, since it's Nekron that controls the BLs and not Black Hand this tactic wouldn't net him a win.
