Herc could have been holding back, as for Thor and Sif vs Ben, I remember Thor was holding back against Grimm who was being mind controlled by Lorelei and Suf lent a hand to more easily restrain Ben.

If anyone has the excuse of holding back, it's Ben... who only used his full strength once in his whole career - against the Immortal Hulk controlled by the Puppet Master.

Ben wasn't restrained, they needed to knock him out. Together.

Thing was literally pounding on Thor and smashing him into the ground before Lady Sif intervened.

Nevermind, I re-read and he was indeed restrained till the mind-control wore off.

Doesn't change anything, though. They beat Ben together, it was a shared effort.

Mortal Herc was nearly squashed by merged Hulk back in the day. I imagine Ben doing better. This could be close, but my vote goes to Ben.
