T2 in the pics is Epoch and Chronos. I agree, Epoch's control of time is above everyone here.

More advanced technology (Even Batman and Superman 1M had trouble with him), able to re-write the DCU, to the point where he gets rid of all the extinction level threats. I don't think Kang is on his level.

Um Kang can slow a persons perception of time. Meaning even without freezing all of time he can still slow his opponents senses to the point that he would be able to go on holiday and back and still defeat them.

It does when you can counter it or do the same thing.

Epoch put Superman 1Million in a time loop so inescapable that he had to use his 5d powers to escape.

The other team doesn't have any defense against that IMO.
