Can Hellion stop a battle ship like Blue Marvel by inventing the next form of matter in the marvel Universe.
If Hellion can stop someone even temporally like he does and can then he would be able to woe towards matter like a cowboy on a horse.
As long as he doesn't go crazy like Blue Marvel's son did he would be able to in effect ward off even magic like Shatterstar's combo- science magic blade.
