Wrong forum. Most likely is this a stalamate.

Toph should win the majority. But, in certain cases the Sandman would be too much imo.

this reminded me of the toph vs gaara DB. I still think that a flying gaara that toph cant sense should've won that. but meh

I think Sandman would crush her.

But I also think Gaara would beat her.

Sandman wins, mainly due to his speed (without needing to do all those forms she does) - he just thinks it, and it happens.
