Who can control ability better?
Will the Vision find answers to all the problems of the Universe and maybe start the Illuminati as respected in marvel?

My gut says Ronan

I think Vision can learn to dream like the Scarlet Witch and would be able to be her opposite of order or her image of the Inbetweener.
If all things are put into perfect symmitry of order and chaos together we would have a chance to be in the forefront with S.H.I.L.D. and earth.
