Current wally has the powers of dr. Manhattan and the powers if the mobius chair.

I would say mxy could defeat doom and he said Manhattan was beyond him.

Ok. Not enough for me to make a decision. It didn't explicitly say he got the power of Dr. Manhattan just that Manhattan shared some power with the chair.

Here is the thing that makes it kinda stupid imo. It really doesn't matter who gets some of that power, flash or killer croc, they are instantly gonna be a top top tier. They should have given it to someone that's pretty low and being them up. Flash already has a stupid hax power that can beat 90% of the heroes out there. I would much rather see what Batman could do with all that than Flash go really fast but in a smart chair.

But these are just negative assumptions, maybe it will be pretty cool

The good Doctor is above Doom. If Wally has all of his powers, it places him on a slightly higher rung. Galan already explained why Mxy and above would beat a guy that was barely able to hold a dying reality together. Wally should win.

That's fine that he is more powerful, I get that, but we don't know what kind of powers he got necessarily or what he is able to do with it

Mxy was unable to warp Manhattan's change to the DCU. The Beyonder race is kinda overrated, IMO.
