Hand to hand???........Thor has the true warriors mentality but Clark has a lot of expert training from people like Batman, Diana Ted Grant and has knowledge of certain Kryptonian martial Arts, so I think he wins, Thor however has better training with weaponry such as hammers, swords and mace's, etc.
