Like the title says, what mid meta tier SONIC based character can match this feat from Banshee? Long story short : Moses Magnum was about to sink the entire country of Japan by using his earth based powers to trigger faultlines. Banshee matched him power for power till he overloaded Magnum and his machine causing a huge explosion that destroyed a small island. Banshee burned out his power for at least a decade after this fiasco though.

I'm talking people like Songbird, Siryn, Klaw, etc... don't give me names like Black Bolt (who is obvious Herald tier).

Klaw could do it imo. His has shielded against attacks from thor and iron man simultaneously, if we assume his offense is comparable i dont see why he couldn't.
