Can Spider-man make a web that can stop insanity?

Wouldn't Spider-man be able to force the issue with his spider-sense.
He has beat lazer cannons. He might be able to increse the density of his web so that it acts like a particle beam.
Then all he would need to do is see his target and destroy him for his win.
