When darth maul fought old obi wan suppose he had defeated Obi wan etc : what do you think his next plans were: would he have captured Luke and train him and hence they both turn against Darth Sidious and take over etc or execute Luke etc ?

What was darth mauls real motives or plan during that last encounter when He met old obi wan besides trying to defeat him etc ?

All Maul wanted to do was kill Kenobi at that point -- their rivalry had completely consumed him.

Had he succeeded, he probably would have continued trying to make Ezra his apprentice.

It's a safe bet he would.

He figures out about Luke so he definitely would have gone for him.

Thats also part of what made Obi-Wan so invincible in front of him.

Once Maul figured out what Obi was doing on Tatooine, the physical confrontation between them was inevitable.

It's obvious Maul wanted Luke for his own purposes.

He would love to mentor the Chosen One for his own legacy and revenge against Palpatine.

But hed also love the job as a big F U to Kenobi.

I've always found the idea of Maul killing Obi-Wan in a revenge scheme post-TPM to be a really cool fan fiction
