Im not sure but is it true that a wielder can only use this ability if they have hands fingers etc ? Like why couldnt Darth Vader use and harness it, because he lost his hands , arms etc ? Or Sidious didnt want him to ?
Or suppose a user doesnt have hands say for example Count Dooku if Aniken didnt kill him will he still be able to use the force lightning ability: ie projecting/shooting out from his arm/forearm for example ?
what does canon and legends say about this ?
