If its a popularity contest WW takes this hands down. But if these two were tossed into battle to fight to death. My money would definitely go on Hela. Diana good at what she does, but Hela comes to the table with better tricks up her sleeve, plus more skill and experience when it comes to fighting.

Hela wins.

Diana is far faster. Hell, Thor was a blur to Hela once.
WW can easily decapitate Hela.

Very close fight.

So basically WW wins.

Hela will win in her realm and out side of it. She can leave her body else where and fight WW in her Astor form, and is capable of using all her abilities. WW speed is pointless if she can't touch Hela to hurt her. Hela is also more durable, Wonder Woman use her bands to block shots, while Hela can take the shots and heal instantly from them.
