this is his own machine that he used to put the beyonders power into Molecule Man. Something like this is beyond what most have ever succeeded to do

Not the best device built. Epoch has him beat. Anyway, this isn't a science fair. TMWL has pretty much conquered all, killed the Spectre, captured Monitors and Phantom Stranger, etc.. He has plans inside of plans. Doom is outclassed, IMO;.

TMWL has defeated the 2 most powerful beings in all the multiverse for shits and giggles. He's likely outsmart Doom if both had an equal amount of prep. Ant-Man defeated Doom.

DOOM has far more powerful resources, abilities, tools, etc shown ON panel.

TMWL has Phantom Stranger. According to the Presence himself, PS is capable of collapsing ALL of creation, in his fight with Spectre. All of creation, according to The Presence is an Omniverse. Much bigger than Doom's Multiverse.

What can TMWL do or what has he done?

Didn't Doom conquer the multiverse as God doom? Well...what was left of it.

TBH, if you were in TBWL place, and your prepping to dominate a parallel universe with them not knowing you are coming and that you have plenty of experience fighting their dark counterparts, and you have barbatos with you, it will be that easy, especially for a batman. but yeah, TBWL is far more dangerous than doom, would be more interested if this was TBWL vs reed or maker though.
