From what I know about her, which isn't much, it's way too premature to put her on mxys level. Her character needs more appearances. It seems like she could be a Dr. Manhattan type. Not yet though.

Mxy is also only considered low 1c.

Imo, Dr. Manhattan isn't Mxy level. I wouldn't disagree with the high 1c for the Dr. Mxy, on the other hand has so much history of doing whatever he wants. Decades of feats. Mxy is not 1c. High 1b or higher is my personal opinion of where that imp should be.

vsbattles got the majority of dc cosmology correct and they do view dc cosmology>>>marvel by a large margin

they do still underrate a lot of dc cosmics like doctor manhattan or mxy, but there's an ongoing upgrade they are considering. which would elevate new gods and 5th dimensional imps

I respect that there is always going to be a new and updated hierarchy every so often. To me Mxy, is always near or at the top. I'm old. And I'm not sold on Dr. Manhattan yet. 20 more years and his character is still rocking, then I'll agree he is on Mxy level.
