Ethneo is just too extreme and leftfield to Gaslight anyone.

So what did we learn?

I've used diets like that in the past to get ripped, drop water weight etc I just don't like making it my go to diet, generally.........and no to your salted coffee, it was probably hot too (it's super effective with the eppi stack too.)
