Doom is hampered by being from a mainstream universe - so he can't ever permanently win. Whereas alt universe Batman can at least conquer and take over entire dimensions...

He basically conquerored the entire Multiverse, including mainstream. Giving it to MWL.

This isn't about prep, or who took over what. This is the two of them meeting for the very first time with standard gear and fighting.

Standard gear for BWL is some Robin's who are literally bullet sponges, probably some guns, a virus that eats your scrotum. He basically has whatever he needs to win at hand at all times from what I've seen.
