In an alternate universe, the Akatsuki are the one criminal group responsible for the demise of the Kurta Clan. Kurapika, their sole remaining member wants to avenge their deaths.

Which Akatsuki members can Kurapika defeat/kill in a 1vs1 battle?

Beginning of Shippuden versions for the Akatsuki members, current version of Kurapika.

Place of battle(s):Gordeau Desert.

Starting distance: 10 meters.

Kurapika's Nen vow and limitation is made against Akatsuki instead of the PT.

Speed is equalized

He could probably beat Hidan. That dude is all close range and would get wrecked by the chains if speed is equal. Puppet guy would probably kill Kurapika though. I think Kakuzu and bomb guy's versatility would be too much for kurapika. They have a lot of ranged attacks. Kisame would drown him. Itachi destroys him easy. So do paper girl and Pain.

Even with a massive handicap pretty much any Akatsuki member slaughters him. Even if we give Kurapika a bunch of Nen advantages like invisible chains and such the power scaling is way different leagues.
