He's not the most powerful, but Red Mage from 8-Bit Theater did have a spell capable of freezing the universe, Ice9. It also froze more treasure than actually exists, when cast into a bag of infinite holding.

Been a while since I read it, but I'm pretty sure the bag contained a larger than infinity dimension, as it could only be overloaded by storing things that don't actually exist. And it did have room for them for a while.

Manga = comics, technically.

Are there any characters more powerful than the Leviathan from Unwritten? If I understand the concept correctly, isn't the writer's intent for Leviathan to embody all of fiction?

But I would say Gregory West from the Twilight Zone. I even made a post on VS Battles arguing for his omnipotence, but they didn't care, because that site sucks ass, so I'm posting it here.

If we including manga then Madoka Kaname(Goddess form) from Puella Magi Madoka Magica is worthy to be mentioned

carver, because he can make endless Universes that don't follow any kind of rational thought just by saying "hulk is hulk".

Even the one above all, Bada, cannot retcon him out of existence. Probably because carver has grabbed him by what Thanos calls "Regulators".

The whole "Hulk is Hulk" thing is pretty common in Hulk comics, but Ewing decided to top that, so now we have Hulk (1) is Hulk (2) is Hulk (3) and I fully realize there will never be a greater comic book than that.

Unless someones comes up with Hulk is Hulk is Hulk is Hulk.

Infinite recursion Hulk will be his final form at which point the universe collapses in on itself.
