If Logan wins, Daredevil joins the team.

Bucky with what equipment?

Wolverine should stomp them, Bucky is the only wild card.

Let's say when he was Cap in Steve's place to give gim a shield, too.

F*cker beat Daredevil without claws or adamantium already, did the same to Bucky.

Steve might have the ridiculous America-force and freedom-force behind him, but he can't match Full-powered/standard/non-taxed Wolverine.

Bucky Cap's gun was able to hurt Ares and shoot out the eye of an.alt universe demonically amped Rulk. The writer even said that Bucky's gun was a special kind

Captain America could use leverage with a shield throw. Like dropping it from the Empire State Building.
I know Wolverine was worried once about falling from that high.

Logan retires the shield and kills Steve's boyfriend

Logan wins the first round and then loses the second. Cap and Bucky can keep him off balance long enough for Daredevil to hogtie him.

Captain America should double the shields strength by an arm wip.

Wolverine is not bulletproof, it's his healing factor that makes him able to pretty much no-sell bullets.

Bucky's ammo might be capable of piercing tougher surfaces, but it's not some explosive round, so it won't do any more damage to Wolverine.

As for Ares, he got turned into a swiss cheese by normal bullets. Though some like to argue he wasn't at full power then, which seems reasonable.

Even if we ignore Wolverine's strength and adamantium claws... he's quite of an escape artist.

Matt's billy club cable is not going to hold him.

I thought Wolverine already beat them in Wolverine: Origins, the Daniel Way comic.

He did.

Bucky in the WW2 arc, Cap in the modern arc. So, not both of them at the same time.

He also beat Cap and Bucky (or came close to it) in other comics... but again, he never faced them both simultaneously.

And there's DD in the bonus round.
